Our Experience
Anne Wilbur, the principal and founder of Wilbur Properties, has a consistent record of commercial real estate sales achievement. Between 2004 and 2014 as a franchisee of the Coldwell Banker Commercial organization, Anne Wilbur was a Circle of Distinction award winner given to the top 2% of salespersons in the country for ten consecutive years. In 2009 and 2010 she was designated as one of the top five sales professionals nationally within this organization of over 2,500 salespersons.
Wilbur Properties is owned and run by Anne and Alexandra Wilbur. The mother-daughter team has more than 40 years of combined real estate experience, melding deep expertise with sharp skills. With their team, they provide clients with comprehensive services to match each owner’s diverse needs.
